Accountability At ACN Group, we believe that patients and their practitioners are in the best position to make decisions about individual care plans. An important part of our Clinical Support Program is creating accountability – encouraging health care professionals to be accountable for their services and encouraging patients to be knowledgeable health care consumers. Data Sharing Quarterly and annual information is made available to participating health care professionals regarding their clinical performance. With these reports, health care professionals can compare their individual performance against peer performance, identify the areas where they excel, and recognize areas that need improvement. Consumer Resources ACN Group will provide your employees or members with a variety of resources to encourage individual health and wellness. Web sites, educational programs, and other lifestyle services are available to support accountability in maintaining health through all stages of life. |
