Clinical Team

ACN Group's in-house clinical staff are experts in the industry. We have experienced clinicians located in our three regional operating centers. With on-site expertise in all specialties in our product portfolio, we apply first-hand knowledge to every aspect of program development, implementation, and management.

David Elton, D.C., Senior Vice President of Clinical Programs
Dr. Elton is the senior vice president of clinical products for ACN Group. He is a published author and has lectured nationally on a variety of topics relating to physical rehabilitation and outcomes assessment. Dr. Elton is a 1986 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic (NWCC).

Bruce Hoffmann, D.C., Chief Clinical Officer and Vice President of Clinical & Quality Management
Dr. Hoffmann has been with ACN Group since 1996 and is the vice president of clinical and quality management as well as chief clinical officer for ACN Group's western region. An active lecturer for the NWCC and LACC rehab programs, he was the program coordinator for the NWCC Rehab Diplomat Program. In addition, he is an author on subjects including patient education and activation principals, return to work issues, and outcome assessment. Dr. Hoffmann graduated from National College of Chiropractic in 1991 and had been in private practice in Apple Valley, Minnesota.

Victor Feldman, D.C., Director of Network Strategy and Policy
Dr. Feldman has been with ACN Group since 2002 and is responsible for developing our network strategy and policies. He earned his doctorate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1995. While working as an associate professor lecturing and teaching in the departments of radiology and clinical sciences at the chiropractic college, Dr. Feldman completed his postgraduate training and residency in radiology.
